Three rounds of steam, towel work and eucalyptus, run the German way. Heat climbs to 95°C. Stay as long as you can, leave whenever you need.
What actually happens
55 min, door to door- 7:30pm
Round one — citrus
Ten minutes of towel work at 90°C.
- 7:45pm
Cool down
Cold shower or the plunge, your call.
- 7:50pm
Rounds two and three
Eucalyptus, then mint. The heat climbs to 95°C.
Doors 7:20pm — rinse, robe, water. No late entry. Ends 8:15pm.
